Committee of Management
Tenants First Housing Co-operative is the largest fully mutual housing co-operative in the UK. This means that the members of the Co-operative own the housing stock and a Management Committee, made up of members elected at the Annual General Meeting, make the key strategic decisions on behalf of all members. The Committee of Management also delegates some operational oversight to five Sub Committees.
The Committee of Management meets approximately eight times a year between AGM dates.
