Corporate Services Team
The Corporate Services Team is the first point of contact for many of our clients and also provides the core support for the other operational teams, management team, Registered Tenant Organisations and Committee of Management Members.
Services provided by the team include:
- Governance and Accountability for staff and committee members
- Customer relations
- Public relations
- Human resources
- Professional development of staff and committee members
- Committee liaison service
- Information technology support, maintenance & development
- Secretarial support
- Reception and telephone answering
- Minute taking
- Participation of members with the Co-operative
Staff
The team consists of a Director of Corporate Services, an Administration Officer, an IT Manager, an IT Assistant, 2 part-time Receptionists, a Community Development Officer, and an Office Trainee.
Reporting to the Chief Executive is the Compliance Manager.
