Finance Team
They are responsible for the delivery of the following areas of service provided:
- Financial and business planning
- The production of quarterly and annual accounts
- Preparation and control of budgets
- Preparation of financial projections (incl 30 year cash flows)
- The upkeep of members’ rent accounts
- Advising of rent payment methods to members
- Issuing of Share Certificates and maintenance of the Share Register
- Administration of the payroll
- Administration of house sales
- Maintenance of an asset register
- Treasury management (cash and funding resources)
- Risk management
Staff
The Finance team consists of a Director of Finance, Finance Manager, 2 Finance Officers (one of whom is based in Peterhead) and 2 Finance Assistants.
