Finance Team

They are responsible for the delivery of the following areas of service provided:

  • Financial and business planning
  • The production of quarterly and annual accounts
  • Preparation and control of budgets
  • Preparation of financial projections (incl 30 year cash flows)
  • The upkeep of members’ rent accounts
  • Advising of rent payment methods to members
  • Issuing of Share Certificates and maintenance of the Share Register
  • Administration of the payroll
  • Administration of house sales
  • Maintenance of an asset register
  • Treasury management (cash and funding resources)
  • Risk management

Staff

The Finance team consists of a Director of Finance, Finance Manager, 2 Finance Officers (one of whom is based in Peterhead) and 2 Finance Assistants.
