Anyone aged 16 or over may apply for affordable, good quality rented housing in Aberdeenshire and in the
City of Aberdeen by applying to homehunt®
NES allocated on the basis of
Choice Based
Lettings.
Sheltered
- accommodation that provides a safe, supportive and stable
environment as you get older. Sheltered housing is allocated on the basis of
Choice Based
Lettings by applying to homehunt® NES. To find out more details on our

Market rents -
properties are allocated on the basis of
Choice Based
Lettings but on a first-come-first-served basis by applying to homehunt®
NES. Allocations
will be made based on the affordability of the property rather than
housing need.
Mutual Exchange -
is a free service we provide to allows tenants of the co-operative, local
