Customer Services

This section provides applicants and tenants with more information on the various services that we provide, as well as carrying our various tasks such as reporting a repair.

Part of Tenants First's vision is to provide, manage and maintain top quality affordable housing to our members. Whilst the Co-operative is fully mutual and therefore totally controlled by our tenant members, the delivery of the day to day service falls to the staff team, under the direction of the Committee of Management and the Sub Committees.

The service is delivered via operational teams each with their own areas of responsibilities working together with the committees at a local level to deliver the service to our clients satisfaction and more importantly, their expectations.
