Q - Why have I been
Charged for a repair?
A - It is the Co-operative’s policy to recharge tenants where the
tenant, or anyone associated with them has caused the damage/fault. The
purpose of this is to protect the entire co-operative membership from the cost
implications of actions or negligence of one single member.
The Occupancy Agreement has a section (5) that cover this area. Also
the Co-operative has policies and procedures to ensure equality of
treatment.
Q - What should I do if I cannot pay my
rent?
A - You must contact your Housing
