Burnside Court Residents Association
Burnside Court Sheltered Housing complex in Mintlaw has had an active social committee organising events for its members for many years. In May 2008 they applied to Tenants First to become a Registered Tenant Organisation.
Becoming registered has ensured the group are recognised and consulted with by Tenants First and the other relevant bodies. It has also helped them to successfully apply for funding which has gone towards the costs of organising events such as bus runs and social nights.
Burnside Court have a regular calendar of social events for their members.
