 Housing Management
The team mainly operates on a
geographical basis with each Housing Officer being responsible for a
particular area of the Co-operative. Between them the team provide the
following services:

Allocation of
empty properties |

Liaising with Local Authorities over
nominations and Housing Benefit claims |

Assisting members with their rent
accounts |

Estate Management |
|
Neighbour Disputes Mediation |
|
Liaison with external agencies for
special needs client groups |
|
Warden service to our sheltered sites in
Peterhead and Mintlaw |
The team consists
of two Housing Managers (job share), a Housing Supervisor, a Supporting
People Supervisor, 5 Housing Officers (1 part-time), 1 Arrears Officer, 1 Housing
Administrator, 1 Housing Assistant and 4 sheltered
housing Wardens. |
