Housing Management
The Housing Management Team is responsible for the day to day management of the Co-operative’s properties in which it provides the following main services:

Allocation of empty properties – existing stock and new build |
 |
Rent Account Management – monitoring rent payments and taking action where necessary if rent not paid |
 |
Estate Management e.g. managing neighbour disputes, carrying out estate inspections |
 |
Welfare benefit advice and guidance e.g. housing benefit, debt |
 |
Warden service to sheltered housing sites |
 |
Provision of housing for special needs client groups |
 |
Managing agent for Kincardine Housing Co-operative |
 |
Referrals to other agencies – to help Members stay in their tenancy |
The team consists
of two Housing Managers (job share), a Housing Supervisor, a Supporting
People Supervisor, 5 Housing Officers (1 part-time), 1 Arrears Officer, 1 Housing
Administrator, 1 Housing Assistant and 4 sheltered
housing Wardens. |
