e-pay Service
Launch
Tenants
First are delighted to announce we are now able to provide you with even
more choice and convenience in where you can pay your rent and recharges.
The e-pay network is the latest addition to allpay.net’s partner
networks that make paying your rent and recharges simple and
straightforward.
This means
from July 1st 2006, where you see the logo above, you can make a payment
with your Tenants First allpay.net Rent Payment card.
There are
approximately 6,000 outlets nationwide situated mainly in small local
stores, petrol stations and newsagents. These well-located services are
renowned for their long opening hours making them especially convenient.
All participating e-pay outlets accept cash only, with a transaction limit
of £499.99.
To use this
service simply hand over your Rent Payment card at the counter along with
your payment. The transaction is processed and a receipt is printed
for you to retain as proof of payment. As with all receipts these
should be retained and checked against your twice yearly rent statement
issued by Tenants First.
