Leathan Fields, Portlethen
Working in partnership with Castlehill Housing Association and Stewart Milne Homes we have provided 17 new properties for rent as part of a larger development for rent and sale at Leathan Fields, Portlethen. Our properties are a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and 2 and 3 bedroom houses.
The initial handover of 12 properties took place in October 2009 with the remaining 5 during November 2009.
