Rothienorman
Tenants First entered a new partnership with Scotia Homes to develop much needed affordable housing on a brownfield site in Rothienorman. We now have 14 homes for rent pepper-potted within a wider private development in a Homezone setting. With this arrangement we hope to achieve a fully balanced community.
Work began on site in January 2008 and last of the homes were completed in September 2009.
