Caledonia Court refurbishment, Fraserburgh
The former Learning House at Fraserburgh unfortunately lost its funding in the summer of 2011. We have secured some grant from Aberdeenshire Council to assist with the conversion of this into residential accommodation. The building was originally designed to be converted back into flats if needed and these will compliment the existing use of the building.
Tenders have been returned and we expect to commence work in March 2012.
