Craigewan, Peterhead
Tenants First has purchased a site in partnership with Aberdeenshire Council directly adjacent to our award winning Roanheads development. We are currently undertaking consultation on the planning application proposals. This development is likely to include a range of tenure options rather than being only affordable rent.
Hunter Road, Arbroath
Discussion are ongoing with Angus Council around the use of land adjacent to our existing homes in Hunter Road and we hope to secure consent for around 20 additional homes.
Kirktonhill Place, Marykirk
We have submitted a planning application for 23 new homes for a site acquired from Aberdeenshire Council in 2007. We are keen to ensure our development integrates well with this rural community and are undertaking further consultation with local people.

In March 2007 we acquired sites from Aberdeenshire Council in the settlements of Strichen and Portsoy. These are important development opportunities for the future programme in rural Aberdeenshire and work has commenced on preparing planning applications.
