Roanheads Village , Peterhead, Aberdeenshire

We completed our largest development to date in the centre of Peterhead in August 2008. The 52 homes are planned around a homezone setting which encourages community interaction and control of vehicle traffic.  The design of the development is also influenced by the characteristics of the Poundbury Village in Dorset.

Following on Tenants First experience at Ballater, Roanheads Village embraces the latest in off-site construction techniques. Local contractors, Stewart Milne, have developed an advanced timber frame system being used for the first time in Scotland at our Peterhead site.
