Supply Shared Equity scheme
The
New Supply Shared Equity is very similar to the Open Market Shared
Equity scheme but the Housing Association or Co-operative will retain a
'golden share'. This means that the Association/Co-operative will always
retain a share of at least 20% of the property.

using one of the methods noted below and not Tenants First Housing
Co-operative.
