New Supply Shared Equity scheme

Grampian Housing Association have been chosen to administer this scheme, which covers new developments and replaces the previous 'Homestake' initiative. All developments under the New Supply Shared Equity scheme will be advertised in the local press and on Grampian Housing's website.

The New Supply Shared Equity is very similar to the Open Market Shared Equity scheme but the Housing Association or Co-operative will retain a 'golden share'. This means that the Association/Co-operative will always retain a share of at least 20% of the property.
