Tenants First operate five Sheltered Housing Complexes in the Northeast of Scotland

Each complex has a warden service that provides cover for part of the day, with community alarm providing out of hours support. Click on the complex below for more details.

Burnside Court, Mintlaw 

Burnside Court consists of 30 sheltered properties set in landscaped surroundings. There is a communal building containing a lounge for holding social activities for the tenant members, laundry facilities and a guest bedroom. The Co-operative also provides a part-time warden service. All properties contain a bedroom, living-room, bathroom and kitchen. They have double-glazing and gas central heating throughout.

Roanheads, Peterhead

Roanheads consists of 23 sheltered properties set in landscaped surroundings. There is a communal building containing a lounge for holding social activities for the tenant members. The Co-operative also provides a part-time warden service. All properties contain a bedroom, living-room, bathroom and kitchen. They have double-glazing and gas central heating throughout.

Aboyne Place, Garthdee, Aberdeen

Aboyne Place consists of 28 sheltered properties set in landscaped surroundings. There is a communal building containing a lounge for holding social activities for the tenant members, laundry facilities and a guest bedroom. A full-time warden service is provided. All properties contain a bedroom, living-room, bathroom and kitchen. They have double-glazing and gas central heating throughout.

Sheddocksley, Aberdeen

Sheddocksley consists of 93 sheltered properties with some set in landscaped surroundings. There is a communal building containing a lounge for holding social activities for the tenant members, laundry facilities and weekly visits from a local hairdresser. A full-time warden service is provided. All properties contain a bedroom, living-room, bathroom and kitchen. They have double-glazing and gas central heating throughout.

Princes Street, Central Aberdeen

Princes Street consists of 21 sheltered properties set in landscaped surroundings. There is a communal building containing a lounge for holding social activities for the tenant members, laundry facilities and guest bedroom. A full-time warden service is provided. All properties contain a bedroom, living-room, bathroom and kitchen. They have double-glazing and gas central heating throughout.
